Founded by Kristie Doyle (CTM Management / Ultimate Mic Battle) and Billie Jean Concepcion (BJTA Productions), Frequency Records is built to discover, develop, and amplify artists ready to take their music to the world.

Our Story

Frequency Records was born from two creative worlds colliding — artist management and music production.

With CTM Management’s proven track record in discovering and developing talent, and BJTA Productions’s expertise in music creation, production, and visual storytelling, Frequency Records represents the next evolution in the Australian entertainment industry.

We are more than a label — we’re a creative hub for singers, songwriters, and performers who want to be part of something bigger.

Our Founders

🎤 Kristie Doyle – Head of A&R (Sydney)
Founder of CTM Management and creator of Ultimate Mic Battle, Kristie has built an ecosystem for young artists to grow and perform. With years of experience in management, events, and artist development, she leads our A&R and artist relations division.

🎧 Billie Jean Concepcion – Head of Production (Melbourne)
Producer, creative director, and founder of BJTA, Billie brings a world of experience in production, music creation, and visual media. His creative leadership completes the missing link between artist management and professional production.

Together, they created Frequency Records — a space for artists to find their sound, build their brand, and make their mark.

Independent artists can access our services on a per-project basis, including song production, mixing, mastering, and music videos.

• No membership or discount — pay as you go.

• 50% deposit before production begins.

• Royalty or buy-out options available on all songs.
